Join the author and creator of the global interfaith documentary project Portraits in Faith, Daniel K. Epstein, for a live workshop from 2-4pm during this year’s festival. Daniel will share portraits and video clips from around the world from his Portraits in Faith documentary project and then participants will be paired with another person to ask and listen to four questions about faith and spirituality that he has posed to 500 people in 30 countries.

Daniel was inspired by the David Isay’s book “Listening Is An Act of Love” to create the concept of a “Sacred Listening Workshop” especially when we are paired up with someone from a different tradition and walk of life.

Sacred Listening Workshops have been held across the country and we are excited to bring this new interfaith dialogue activity to the Cincinnati Festival of Faiths.

Daniel interviewed over 500 people in 30 countries about their faith journeys and published a book featuring 125 of their pictures and stories. Everyone who participates in this session will receive a copy of the Portraits in Faith book.

Space is limited to 50 people.
